The Trip

You and me are cruising on a star.
To distant places so far.
There's' evil demons in the way.
Hey step aside or get blown away.
We won't stop not even to say high.
When you see us coming scream goodbye.

Reaching speed limits not known to man.
We're going to get there any way we can.
To fast to see the sun's red hot flash.
It moves aside to avoid the crash.
All planned ahead so don't laugh yet.
The horse comes in first, go make the bet.

Try to temp you to play their games.
We know them all even their names.
If you lose, you still in in the end.
Demons try to throw your towel in.
Hide-n-seek from God, but you'll find out.
Future of life that's' nothing to doubt.
